2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By enrolling, you confirm that you are not suffering from any medical condition that would prevent you from following a wellness plan without physician supervision.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate health information during consultation
- Follow the prescribed plan and attend scheduled follow-ups
- Consult your physician before starting any new diet or exercise regimen
- Inform us immediately of any adverse health effects
4. Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific weight loss or health outcomes. Results depend on individual adherence, metabolism, and other factors beyond our control.
5. Payment Terms
All fees are payable in advance. Payment details will be shared during consultation. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other standard payment methods.
6. Intellectual Property
All diet plans, meal guides, content, and coaching materials are proprietary to Ram Wellness Coach. Sharing, reselling, or distributing our materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ram Wellness Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific program.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
