Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
We want every client to be satisfied with our coaching services. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days: Full refund if no coaching sessions have been conducted
- Within 15 days: 50% refund if fewer than 3 sessions have been completed
- After 15 days: No refund, as significant coaching resources have been invested
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Personalized diet plans that have already been delivered
- One-on-one consultation sessions that have been completed
- Coaching materials and guides already shared
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your program details and reason for the request. We will process eligible refunds within 7-10 business days.
4. Program Transfers
If you are unable to continue your program, you may transfer your remaining sessions to a family member with prior approval. Transfer requests must be made within 30 days of enrollment.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your program at any time by notifying us via WhatsApp. Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund — please refer to the eligibility criteria above.
6. Disputes
In case of disputes, we encourage direct communication to resolve matters amicably. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad courts.
